PCOS Flow Chart

PCOS Flow Chart

PCOS affects as many as one in five menstruators, yet little is conventionally understood about the condition. The most important thing to remember, should you receive a diagnosis, is that PCOS is not one condition - it is a set of symptoms in which a person may or may not fit the criteria. There is always an underlying cause of why you are having trouble ovulating, which is resulting in longer cycles. Thankfully, we can figure out why that is happening, and PCOS responds very well to diet & lifestyle changes. Use this flow chart to work with your practitioner on getting proper testing, ruling out similar conditions, and guiding your healing process.
